This is used by the Munster Mountain Running Association for trail races.
Location...Mount Hillary is located to the SE of Banteer in N.Cork. If you are coming from Cork City, the fastest way to get there is probably via the N20 road to Mallow and then the N72 towards Killarney. Take the turn off for Banteer. There is a more direct route on the R579 via Nadd but the road is quite slow.
Directions...Coming from the Mallow-Killarney road, you pass through Banteer and continue on for another 1.1 miles / 1.8 kms until you come to the Glen Theatre. There is plenty of parking here and this is used for the race HQ. The start is about 3 kms away.
